Kingsley is a visionary Cameroonian-born entrepreneur and author whose career has spanned several territories including the African continent, the United Kingdom and the United States. Prior to launching Rainbow he led Wasserman Media Group’s Africa strategy and advised governments, leagues, sportswear manufacturers and professional football clubs in the UK, US, Europe, and Asia. Kingsley is also the co-Founder of the African Fighters League (AFL) and Dambe Warriors. Kingsley holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from De Montford University in the United Kingdom. He also holds a Masters in History from Harvard University, and several executive education degrees from Harvard Business School and Wharton Graduate School of Business.

A Harvard MBA and Duke Economics graduate, Lori has successfully led startups from ideation to exit and driven strategic growth within Global 1000 firms. Her proven ability to build roadmaps and execute transformation makes her a high-impact leader across industries.

Alexandre Morfaw

VP - Global Football

Alexandre leverages his +10 years of experience and keen eye for top talent to lead Rainbow’s scouting network. He works closely with Rainbow’s players and other high-level African athletes and guides them with career development decisions. Alexandre played professional soccer in France (Nantes), UK (Leicester City), the MLS (Vancouver Whitecaps) and at international level with the Cameroon National Team. Alexander also oversaw the football operations for MFK Vyskov, Rainbow FC Kenya and Elite Falcons FC Dubai including all sporting and technical strategy, roster construction and management as well as coaching hires and development.

VP - Global Football

Alexandre leverages his +10 years of experience and keen eye for top talent to lead Rainbow’s scouting network. Reda LARAICHI

VP - Business Development & Strategy

Reda is an African sports business expert with more than 20 years of experience in the sports sector. He has previously worked alongside FIFA World cup bids, FIFA executive committee elections, African Sports Ministries, Football Associations, Sports NGOs, clubs and players management. A former student athlete in the United States, Reda became a FIFA agent after earning his Bachelor, M.A and MBA from the London Metropolitan University and Paris School of Business.

Reda is an African sports business expert with more than 20 years of experience in the sports sector. He has previously worked alongside FIFA World cup bids, FIFA executive committee elections, African Sports Ministries, Football Associations, Sports NGOs, clubs and players management. A former student athlete in the United States, Reda became a FIFA agent after earning his Bachelor, M.A and MBA from the London Metropolitan University and Paris School of Business.

Stanley is an experienced football executive and educator. He is the former Head Coach of the Kenyan National Team and is the current Head Coach of the U17 & U20 Kenyan Football Teams as well as Technical adviser to the Kenyan Football Association. He also served as Technical Director of Wazito FC in the Kenyan Premier League. He Cofounded ACAKORO Academy in Kenya and also worked with Mauricio Pochettino at Tottenham Hotspur in 2017.
