Kingsley is a visionary Cameroonian-born entrepreneur and author whose career has spanned several territories including the African continent, the United Kingdom and the United States. Prior to launching Rainbow he led Wasserman Media Group’s Africa strategy and advised governments, leagues, sportswear manufacturers and professional football clubs in the UK, US, Europe, and Asia. Kingsley is also the co-Founder of the African Fighters League (AFL) and Dambe Warriors. Kingsley holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from De Montford University in the United Kingdom. He also holds a Masters in History from Harvard University, and several executive education degrees from Harvard Business School and Wharton Graduate School of Business.

Leo is a retired professional footballer with over 20 years of experience in football talent management. Leo previously worked at James Grant Sports and also worked 5 years as Director of Client Services at Wasserman Media Group. As a player, Leo played for the University of Maryland and was the #1 overall draft pick in the 1998 MLS Super-draft with the Miami Fusion. He went on to play nine seasons in the MLS and compete in over 200 professional matches, as well as representing his country at the U18, U20, U23, and Senior Team levels.


Leo Cullen

Leo is a retired professional footballer with over 20 years of experience in football talent management. Leo previously worked at James Grant Sports and also worked 5 years as Director of Client Services at Wasserman Media Group. As a player, Leo played for the University of Maryland and was the #1 overall draft pick in the 1998 MLS Super-draft with the Miami Fusion. Alexandre played professional soccer in France (Nantes), UK (Leicester City), the MLS (Vancouver Whitecaps) and at international level with the Cameroon National Team. Alexander also oversaw the football operations for MFK Vyskov, Rainbow FC Kenya and Elite Falcons FC Dubai including all sporting and technical strategy, roster construction and management as well as coaching hires and development.
